With Kindi and the Dalian Method’s help it was like someone hit my “reset” button and there is no going back to the former default. My spirit exalts; literally transformed. I got way more than I thought possible. I’m sitting, still shell-shocked, but with an ease, grace and unfamiliar peace. All my cells are revitalized; my soul is refreshed.
